MECHANICAL: A complete range of paper drive, feed, cutting, and conveyor wear parts, all manufactured to original specifications and finishes. Many components offer increased life expectancy or enhanced performance, as for example Bundle Wrapper Knife Blade 1473-24LF with teeth developed to accommodate modern long fiber Kraft Papers, a direct replacement for all current MK3, 3A, 5 & 6 machines.

BELTS: Matched pairs of original specification endless belts for all MK Bundle Wrappers and P4000 Ring Turntables. Main conveyor and Aligner belts complete with integral tracking control profiles for T05 Powerturners. Belt materials may look similar, but very few are an effective substitute for the original specification, especially when accommodating high bundle speeds and maintaining stability at the stacker outfeed.

fabricated: Bottom Wrapper Paper Feed Plates are amongst the items most commonly requested, as the strength and condition of these plates are important for reliable kraft paper feed and consistent braking.

electrical: Motor Contactors to complete Control Panels plus a full range of original equipment including diffuse type and through beam photoelectric switches and sensors, PLC’s, Inverters, and Brake Modules. Please note that PLC’s can be supplied programmed with the original control software if required, just state machine serial number.

RUBBERISED: Whether it is a Brake Roller, Paper Feed Wheel, or a Turntable Lift Turn Ring, we manufacture them using only original specification polymer covering materials, applied and finished at the correct shore hardness, and in matched sets where appropriate, to ensure reliable performance and maximum life with today’s highly abrasive Kraft Papers. We also offer a recovering service for all types of polymer covered conveying rollers and feed wheels.

MOTORS: A complete range of Geared Motors is available from stock or to order for all MK Bundle Wrappers including those fitted with Bundle Side Conveyor, P4000 Ring Turntables, T05 Powerturners with or without Bundle Aligners, and Series 5000 Diverters. These are built to UL, CSA, and CSE specification as appropriate, with sealed for life gearbox lubrication, heavy duty shafts, and long life bronze gear sets (not plastic) plus anti-vibration gearbox / motor fixings.

UPGRADES: For customer anticipating a major refit or upgrade, we can supply complete replacement Machine Heads, or major sub-assemblies, such as the P4000 Ring Turntable Conveyor and Ring Module, which some customers keep as a spare unit, readily available to be swapped in a matter of minutes. Upgrade kits are available for conversion of Bottom Wrappers to Three-quarter Wrappers, and Wrapper Head Extension Kits can also be supplied in kit form.
